Proper bird care.

Birdkeeping is a fun and stimulating hobby. Here are some basic guidelines to help you take good care of your birds:

1. Choose the right variety
Different birds have different needs and personalities. Common pet birds include:

Small birds: such as budgies, munias and parrots.
Medium-sized birds: such as grey parrots and Amazon parrots.
Large birds: such as macaws and large parrots.
Choose a breed that matches your lifestyle and experience.

2. Prepare your living environment
Cage: Choose a cage that is appropriate for the size of your bird and should be large enough to allow the bird to spread its wings and fly.
Mattress: Use safe mattress material such as confetti or a special bird mattress.
Toys and Perches: Provide a variety of toys and perches to stimulate your bird's activity and intelligence.

3. Feeding
Main food: Choose a high-quality bird feed and choose the appropriate formula according to the species.
Fresh Food: Fresh fruits and vegetables can be given, but make sure to avoid poisonous foods (such as onions, avocados, etc.).

4. Water
Make sure fresh drinking water is always available and change it regularly to keep the water clean.

5. Daily care
Clean the cage: Clean the cage regularly to keep the environment clean.
Social Time: Interacting with the bird and giving it attention and affection every day helps build trust.

6. Health Check
Check your bird's health regularly, observing its plumage, eyes, and behavior. If there are any abnormalities, consult a veterinarian immediately.

7. Proper temperature and environment
Keep the environment warm and avoid strong winds and direct sunlight.
Make sure the cage is in a safe, quiet area away from other pets.

8. Exercise requirements
Allow birds time each day to fly or exercise in a safe environment, using a flying area or dedicated play area.

9. Safety precautions
Keep toxic substances (such as certain plants and chemicals) and small objects away from birds to prevent them from accidentally ingesting them.

These are the basic guidelines for keeping birds, I hope they will help you keep your little friends well!
